CORE Terms and Conditions of registration. 1 object of agreement 1.1 (aq) Limited located in Leeds and Birmingham - UK, will register second-level-domains (SLD) under the top-level-domains (TLD) .com , .net , .org through members of the Internet Councel of Registrars (CORE), located in Geneva, Swizerland. 1.2 The domain and all related data will be stored in data-bases and be available for internet-related inquiries. 1.3 In case the customer intended to register more then one domain and not all could be registered, he will accept those which could be registered. 1.4 CORE is accredited by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), located in California, USA and acts accordingly. 2 life of contract 2.1 The duration is open ended. The contract can be finished by giving notice 10 days before the end of a month. The notice must be written. 2.2 A new domain will be registered for 1 to 10 years, according to your choise. 2.3 In case a domain is transfered from another registrar the renewal starts from transfer-date and is also regitered for 1 to 10 years. 2.4 Normal renewals are for 1 to 10 year. 3 pricing 3.1 The price for domains and additional services can be found at the (aq) site www.a-q.co.uk. 3.2 All fees must be paid in advance and are not refundable in case of finishing the contract or services. 3.3 The customer will get an eMail 60 days before of renewal asking for payment. In case of no payment the domain will be deleted. 4 Domain Name Dispute Policy 4.1 The customer assures that he does not interfere with or infringe upon the rights of any third party. 4.2 You agree to be bound by the current CORE Domain Name Dispute Policy ("Dispute Policy") which can be found at www.corenic.org. 4.3 The Dispute Policy can be changed anytime for importand reasons. Your continued registration of your domain name after modification to the Dispute Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree to such a modification, you may request that your domain name be deleted. 5 privacy of data 5.1 You declare that you only use personal data from persons which agreed and are aware that these data will be published in internet data-bases (like whois). 6 final 6.1 Governing law for the contract between the customer and (aq) is the law of Germany. Any action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the UK, located in Leeds. 6.2 Any claims must be made within one year of occurence, otherwise it is barred. 6.3 In the event that any provision of this Agreement shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this Agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
