the contact number provided on your Service Level Agreement. Out of hours emergency support
is available on 0906 960 5632 charged at £1 per minute which should only be used for
reporting urgent server problems and not for routine support enquiries for support contract holders (note - cli withheld calls will not be answered -we must log cli). Issues relating to single sites should be reported via the support system and cannot be dealt with until a support ticket is raised.
