Why are my emails bouncing back?
Due to high amounts of spam being forwarded to certain providers such as Hotmail, BT Yahoo and AOL, we are starting to see that mail is being bounced back. Please be aware that this is entirely out of our control, although we are trying to raise this with those providers to try and resolve this.
In order to help alleviate this, we may need to disable the catch-all on some domains to reduce the amount of spam we are forwarding on. By forwarding high quantities of spam, these domains are causing issues for other users on the same servers where legitimate mail is rejected.
If your catch-all has been disabled, please set up specific aliases to forward mail on. If you wish to talk to our hosting team about setting up mailboxes on our own systems, please feel free to get in touch.
