How can I create email addresses (aliases) @mydomain?

You can create email addresses @youdomain by adding aliases.

  1. Log in to using your account username and password
  2. Click on Email management
  3. Click on Add an email alias
  4. Type an alias - it is the part of email address before the @yourdomain, for instance info.
  5. Choose a user from the Local user list: e.g. 012345 or “yourdomain”. This will ensure that info@yourdomain goes to POP3 user 012345 or to POP3 user “yourdomain”.
  6. Click "Submit"

If you wish to forward your emails:

  1. Click on Add an email alias
  2. Type an alias
  3. Leave "Remote Destination" in the "Local user" field
  4. Enter the new destination in the "Remote Destination" e.g.
  5. Click "Submit"

Check that the redirect was correctly added in “email management”.
