How do I set up my pop3 account in Microsoft Outlook?
To configure Microsot Outlook: Start Microsoft Outlook, then go to Tools » Email accounts » Add new email account » POP3 » enter details provided by aql.
Then click OK in all the boxes.
The rest should be left default except for ensuring that » More Settings » Advanced tab » “Leave copy of messages on the server” is unticked.
This will prevent you from going overquota, since Outlook will download all your emails from our servers and store them locally on your computer as soon as Send/Receive is performed.
