Webmail - Deleting Mail from Webmail Problem

I can't delete mail from webmail !! Help !

When using aq webmail, you have 2 options to manage your emails deletion.

First option is the "trash folder" option. This option deletes your email by copying it across to your "trash" folder. The downside of this option often occurs when you have a huge emails and not large enough quota (room). Because during deletion, it will try to create a copy in the trash folder so temporarily your inbox has to be at least twice the size of email which you are deleting. Consequently giving you "not sufficient disk space" error.

Second option is "marked for deletion" option. This option deletes your emails by simply crossing them out. You could hide this by clicking on "hide deleted". In order to remove those emails from your inbox please click on "purge deleted" on the top right hand corner of the page. This option does not create copies of email hence it is the preferred way to manage your email.

To switch between deletion modes go to "Options" -> "Mail", then go to "Deleting and Moving Messages". Then untick the "When deleting messages, move them to your Trash folder instead of marking them as deleted?" option.

This will ensure that the emails are deleted without being copied to Trash folder.
