My mailbox is full! email is bouncing! what should i do??
Although this may be very stressful, it is also very common that mailboxes fill up and mail will bounce or be lost.
This is something we have to advise on on an everyday basis. The first thing to do is to attempt to delete any mail from your mailbox which you don't want or need. This will free up some space.
If you've been using webmail, you may also want to delete any "sent" mail in any sent mail folders you've created.
If you need further assistance because you still are not receiving mail, please raise a support ticket and we will advise further action as applicable on a case-by-case basis.
